The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and areas of expertise, all of which are crucial for ensuring the safety of our staff and operations worldwide. Including taking charge of all aspects of security and risk management, as well as being accountable for training and technological advancements.A Key aspect of this role is mentoring and guiding the local security teams, CD's, and regional teams. By providing valuable guidance and support, this individual helps to strengthen the capabilities and knowledge of our security personnel across different regions. Additionally, they play a vital role in training initiatives, even with limited budgets, ensuring that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to mitigate risks effectively.The scope of responsibilities also extends to crisis management and incident management training. This includes conducting training sessions for our headquarters SMT and field locations, enabling them to respond effectively and efficiently in times of crisis. This role conducts thorough analyses of the region to identify potential risks to our staff and programs, allowing us to proactively address and mitigate these risks. It is also responsible for designing and conducting HEAT workshops.Furthermore, I took the initiative to design a community-based Disaster Management program and develop comprehensive training packages for all staff members within our organization. By doing so, they ensure that our personnel are well-prepared to respond to and manage disasters, ultimately safeguarding the well-being of our staff and the continuity of our operations. As a testament to role expertise and competence, I regularly provide high-level briefings to our headquarters and board members, as well as donors and international missions. This allows them to stay informed about the security landscape and ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the measures in place to protect our organization and its personnel.

Responsible for all aspects of the operation (all 10 states), this includes Manned Security, CIT, Technical as well as the integration of sales (increased sales revenue by 45%) and other parts of the business into the daily running of operations. Business change in respect of process & procedure and the introduction of trend monitoring to ensure cost controls are in place. Project management of UNMISS contract (deployment & resourcing for a $12M contract and 1800 new staff throughout South Sudan), also the introduction of new rostering and accounts systems into the business. Introduction of new market sectors including Oil & Gas (one project was with Total E&P), increasing cooperation with NGO’s , Provided Security intelligence for many Hotel & Restaurants throughout Juba. New product introduction such as TFM, Evacuation processes for customers (this was put into practice during December 2013 over 200 persons evacuated during RSS crisis). Focus to increase cooperation with National Intelligence Agency & SPLA. This role was discontinued due to the ongoing situation in South Sudan.
