* The Role * In my current capacity I lead the operational activity of two multi-disciplinary, multi-site teams based across four facilities, and oversee all aspects of clinical, strategic, financial, operational, risk and change management activity. I serve on the core team overseeing implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) project with coverage of more than 50 hospitals, chair the Safety, Health and Environment committee, act as a disciplinary hearing chair and I am registered as an ISO14001 auditor.* The Results *• Increased staff engagement levels by 40% year on year• Developed the RFP framework for pharmacy systems used to evaluate multiple vendors• Directed the successful roll-out of the pharmacy and stock control components of a new orthopaedic day hospital • Aligned the provision of healthcare and clinical services by building strong, trusting relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals through a range of negotiations governing product use based on data analytics• Assured good stewardship and efficiency in the deployment of organisational resources, including - realising significant annual savings through implementation of a time-back work schedule that was subsequently adopted more widely across the Group - optimising usage of medical and surgical stock across two hospitals - addressing non-compliant administrative processes across financial and clinical audits, and standards specified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO)
