Handled multiple HR functions at different companies simultaneously including recruitment, training, performance management, HR compliance, auditing, and employee relations. Updated and implemented HR policy and procedures following completion of internal HR auditing- one such process resulting in “No Findings” by NJ Wage and Hourly despite several findings against the client the year prior to my contract. Improved on-boarding processes, customized new employee orientation programs, revised employee handbooks for compliance purposes, implemented performance evaluation reviews that aligned more with organizational objectives, and maintained positive employee relations.
