I am deeply passionate about utilizing these skills to combat human trafficking and work directly with the Legal Programs Manager in Uganda to ensure evidence-based decisions and courses of action.

At Nyaka, I am at the forefront of spearheading the planning, design, construction, implementation, and sustainable management of a results-based Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) system that spans the entire organization (Nyaka), partners and collaborations!- In my capacity, I provide strategic leadership and high-touch guidance to dedicated teams operating within eight pivotal development program models: Education, Grandmothers, Livelihoods (agriculture, WASH, VSLAs, Livestock, microenterprise, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence, Health and Nutrition, Microfinance, Business development and MEARL. Every day, my unwavering commitment lies in driving continuous improvement, ensuring that Nyaka and its partners continually evolve and strengthen their capacity to fulfil their mission, visions and goals - with a strong focus on working alongside communities, caretakers, local government and stakeholders; to nurture and protect children, enabling them to learn, grow, and thrive.- Working closely with the Program and MEAL teams, as well as various partners and stakeholders, I take charge of the development and execution of strategic MEAL plans that harmonize with Nyaka's core values, priorities, objectives, and overarching goals.- My expertise encompasses a diverse array of enabling tools and skills that I apply to both my Nyaka and organizations. This includes a strong command of ICT4M&E, proficiency in research methodologies, impact measurement modelling, skills development, innovation, data management, automation, team building, coordination, and professional growth. I possess a keen aptitude for fostering institutional development through the effective implementation of RBM&E systems, as well as strategic planning and management.- I am driven by a profound passion to harness these capabilities, making a tangible impact and propelling positive change in organisations, businesses & and communities.- I love to see others become better!
