Feb 2011 - Present
Part time weekend work only.As a facilitator of the Capstone subject in the CA Program, I lead sessions of twenty to twenty-five candidates through their final subject. The subject focuses on taking the technically accounting knowledge that candidates have acquired through the completion of the technical subjects in the CA Program and applying it to real management situations. Our role as facilitators is to guide the candidates through their workshops, encourage them to find the answer for themselves and ensure that their focus remains on teamwork and self reflection.Previously as a Focus Session Leading for the ICAA I led groups of 20 to 30 CA Candidates through the various module (Tax, Audit, Mgmt Acc & Fin Acc). This consisted of four 3 hour sessions over the twelve weeks trimesters and exam marking at the end.
