    Oxford Performance Materials (OPM) provides products made of a ultra high performance polymer, PEKK, for use in biomendical and industrial applications. We are ISO 13485 and AS 9100C certified. We offer raw materials and laser sintered (3D printed) parts for medical implant as well as laser sintered parts for a multitude of Aerospace & Industrial applications. For many industrial parts, design is limited both by the material and the manufacturing process. With our OXFAB™ technology, these limitations are irrelevant. We use a material strength database and our proprietary design algorithm to optimize parts for Additive Manufacturing. In our company function determines structural form to maximize strength, flexibility, and weight as required. The design is then “printed” via a laser sintering process directly from the digital file, simplifying what would otherwise be complex, labor-intensive assemblies into a single stage to create the completed part. Our process results in strength approaching cast aluminum at significant lower cost and weight per part.
