EiM is an employment assistance program focusing on the needs of unemployed and underemployed persons over 45 years of age and is in its’ seventh year of operation with a 60% success rate of clients finding employment The program addresses the full range of personal and workforce issues facing the mature worker seeking employment in today’s market place. It is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges & Universities through the Employment Ontario program. • Deliver workshops in self-assessment, inventorying skills, building and maintaining self-esteem, establishing realistic employment goals, refining job search skills, understanding networking, marketing and interviewing techniques. Workshops are 3 hours in duration over a 2 week period. Conduct individual counselling sessions with clients as required.
