    In February 2009, Paul Grover and Robert Kinlin left Kinlin Grover Properties to launch Robert Paul Properties, Inc., a boutique firm focused on the upper tier of coastal Massachusetts real estate. Its market centers extend from the outer beaches of Cape Cod into the heart of Boston. The partners recruited an elite force of agents to provide clients with innovative marketing and attentive service to produce outstanding results. In 2012 Robert Paul Properties received the award for Luxury Brokerage of the Year from The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. This international honor confirmed the strength and effectiveness of the Robert Paul business model and spoke to the satisfaction of their clients.

    In 1994, Paul Grover and Robert Kinlin combined their industry-leading experience to form Kinlin Grover Properties, a real estate firm committed to the art of service and sales. Since the beginning of their partnership, Paul and Robert have become the preeminent figures in the sale of luxury waterfront and village properties across Cape Cod and coastal Massachusetts. In 1999, the partners sold Kinlin Grover Properties to GMAC Home Services to become Kinlin Grover GMAC Real Estate. Paul and Bob remained with the company for 10 years continuing to establish their reputation for excellence in the luxury market.
