    During the design of a Mars Rover able to autonomously navigate and perform scientific tasks in rough terrain, I was in charge of integrating the LiDAR sensor to obtain Rover's location and generate a 3D point cloud of the surrounding environment with the use of SLAM algorithm.We competed in the European Rover Challenge and reached 2nd place, with the Best Navigation prize.
