    • Develop workshops, informational guides, and credit-bearing courses to provide students tools for career exploration and success. • During the January 2022 Intersession, I taught the course, "Tech and Entrepreneurship in the Bay Area," which was enrolled at capacity and featured six alumni speakers and two networking events. • Fall 2022: instructing a course, "Introduction to Hopkins: Arrive and Thrive," seeking to provide students with the tools necessary to succeed during their first semester and beyond. • Cultivate relationships across campus academic and administrative divisions to integrate life design programming in academic and extracurricular settings. • Identify and foster relationships with employers to connect industry leaders with Johns Hopkins University students. A flagship initiative of the 2021-2022 academic year is the DEI Collective. • Recommend and customize career exploration approaches to over 800 students through data-informed practices in my portfolio of Computer Science and Electrical and Computer Engineering students•Design large-scale events with an office of thirty other educators to reach a campus undergraduate population of over 6,000 students.
