Orchestrated the organizations transition from mostly paper-based processes to automated and integrated Business/IT processes. Helped Implement a new enterprise Finance & Accounting System; orchestrated in-house development of a new interactive membership system, automated member-card system, aircrew & flight management system and a logistics management system. Orchestrated organization's first web-site including online membership processing, online book & clothing store, and online member training documentation. Managed out-sourcing contracts for a web CMS and IT security needs. Justified and acquired $2M in annual funding for computer and software requirements for 1500 geographically separated offices, and provided training for new interactive management software. Worked with operations in the development of camera, computer, and sensor capability for a 550 aircraft fleet, as well as the satelite and radio communications between the aircraft and the IT ground resources. Developed remote access to organization databases via web, cell, and remote computer connections. Orchestrated integration of a geographically separated aircraft depot into the finance and logistic system. Facilitated process reengineering as processes were transitioned from paper to automated methods.
