Within my capacity as a Portfolio Manager, I am responsible for providing comprehensive expertise, direction, and guidance in the construction of client portfolios using Small and SMid Cap strategies. I employ a bottom-up approach to building investment portfolios; develop and utilize quantitative models and support quantitative with qualitative research. Lead collaborative activities with team members to discuss company-specific fundamentals, including financials, supply and demand, and the goods and services provided by the organization. Own responsibility for understanding and communicating model effectiveness monthly for presenting to appropriate stakeholders.
