    Faith in the Future is an independent not-for-profit organization which works in partnership with the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. We oversee the operational and financial health of Catholic Education, that includes 15 High Schools and three schools of Special Education. My role included providing development guidance for the organization as well as individual support to each of our 15 Advancement Directors, the Presidents, and Boards of the schools, and supervision of a staff of four. We raised $6.2 million dollars in the past year centrally for the benefit of our schools and their students and helped our schools professionalize their own fundraising capabilities – resulting in a total of $21.5 million in the last fiscal year. Other efforts for the schools included strengthening governance, academic programs, technology, and professional guidance.

    Pat was Director of Admissions, Director of Development and Public Relations and, for 14 years, Director of External Affairs at Springside School. She oversaw admissions, development, major gifts, planned gifts, alumnae, special events and public relations, and offered expertise on leadership, governance, finance and enrollment management. She successfully headed three capital campaigns and increased endowment and enrollment significantly. Prior to her work at Springside, Pat was Assistant Dean of Admissions at Dickinson College and Director of College Guidance for the Shipley School.
