As CEO and lead stylist/educator, I created the first Day Spa and Salon concept in Plymouth designing a three level, contemporary space into an oasis of tranquility for massages, body treatments, nail services, waxing,skin care, hair and makeup. With completely separate levels for chemical services and styling services, the finishing "floor" was open and spacious with three levels of window walls that enabled natural lighting for perfect coloring. Hired and trained staff from ground up and implemented a level system of achievement to allow for growth of each individual to reach their potential. Highest level of retail ratio at 25% allowed for amazing training and travel opportunities for staff to maintain their expertise and grow within the company.
