    Responsibility for consolidating the financial control departments located throughout the world for the Travel Related Services Company into the Financial Resource Center in Phoenix. • Management of all migration/consolidation activities as well as directing the project team comprised of AmEx staff and E&Y consultants. This included reviewing migration plans for feasibility, obtaining commitments from the decision makers in the foreign markets, eliminating barriers to task completion, and negotiating the final service level agreements with the markets.• Accountability for each market's day-to-day financial control operations as each migration was completed. The markets included the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and the Caribbean. • Direct working relationship with the various markets data processing and systems development groups in coordinating the ongoing implementation plans of new products.
