I was the first Human Resource Manager for the AITC, which was made up of groups from Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing. I developed and expanded the HR services as the employee count increased to 400+ in the US and additional staff in Ireland, France and California. I developed a staff of 9 representing OD, Recruitment, College Relations, Systems Integration, and administarive support. A large part of my time was spent in facilitating relations between the groups and in being an advocate for the technology.
