    ProductionAn ISO 9001:2000 certified & TS16949 implantation phase Company established in 2000 and engaged in Contract manufacturing Services (EMS) for European and American countries with fully automated production facility to produced thousands of verities of electronic assemblies per month. Key Contributions:Manage day-to-day operations of 4-SMT line including server mother board line and 2-MI lines overseeing one extended shift of 250 personnel. Building up the entire necessary required infrastructure to produce and test the Electronic sub- assemblies , server mother board and complete product.Communicate directly with technical and Quality team on all the technical plan developments that incorporate production resources and production process selection. And outlying the Quality, manufacturing, process and control plan (MPCP).Through effective strategic operations, planning and production increased the company turnover from zero to over $5 millions within the first five years and sustaining the growth trend. Strategic planning of all the aspects for production lines, personnel selection, training and development of required test setup. Implemented Quality improvement program including spot audits, root- cause analysis, statistical analysis and implementation of remedial actions. Key member of team to get UL Certification for a specific product and successfully achieved and implemented.Key member of team to get ISO/TS16949:2000 certification for automotive customers. PPAP Documentations Coordinator for SAP B1 implementation in the company.Leading a 10 member's team of design and product development, presently a Solar Powered Street Light and Home Lights product developments projects are undergoing in my supervision. Traveled to Germany and China to inspect the Fuji Pick-n-Place, SMT & Soltech Vitronic multi zone Re-flow and DEK Screen printing machines before giving the shipping go-ahead to the supplier.
