    Coca-Cola Amatil (Fiji) Ltd is the largest bottlers of non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages in Fiji. Here I got the opportunity to gain experience by way of providing the following nature of services: Planning, forecasting and monitoring procurement processes within specified budget; Negotiation/finalization of contractual terms with supplier to increase the profit margin; Maintain the strong relationship with regular suppliers to improve and expedite the process; Sourcing and screening of supplier quotation for quality goods and ensure timely delivery; Evaluate the suppliers performance and continuous improvement in delivery of material; Clear the monthly material discrepancy report of purchase and settle the claim amount with supplier; Maintain the quality of Data such as: Safety Stock, Order level, Reorder Point, Economic Order Qty; Prepare analysis reports as required by management for annual purpose and aging material; All Raw Materials Costing, Finished Goods Costing, In directs budget by department, by expense,  COGS Analysis by Month Labor Budget – Operations ( 7 departments) Take Quotes from Bank for overseas payment , Prepare TT & hedge as per Company requirement Cut - off for all LPO’s ,Local Accruals – LPO, Overseas Accruals Cost Centre Report Analysis  Preparing Ops Reports for Management Capex Financial Analysis Production Planning based on sales requirement (Started 6 months ago) Cost Saving Projects
