Make ambulances and emergency medical services easily available to the needy villagers.6.Improve quality of education.7.Improve employment opportunities and earning potential by:-(a)Encouraging setting-up of industries- in the areas of aquaculture, food processing, vegetables and fruit processing, preservation and export; since this area is abundant in raw material of these.(b)Set-up more ITIs to enhance employment potential of the youth.(c)Improve electricity connectivity and supply to encourage small industry and cottage industry.(d)Curb smuggling with public help.(e)Keep vigil on infiltrators (ISI & Others) with public help.(f)Improve understanding and sadbhavna between the communities.(g)Make people aware of their rich cultural heritage, thereby, bringing in self-confidence and pride and inspire them to do better in the modern age.

    A)Learnt nuances of large scale warfare strategies and is an expert on defence and internal security matters.B)Commanded troops and effectively guarded Indo- China Border in Uttarakhand-Tibet Border area for two years 1980-82 and has virtually walked through the entire Himalyan borders in that area.C)Served on important Staff Officer position at a Sub Area Headquarters and in the aftermath of Operation Bluestar, when some Army Sikh personnel mutinied, was instrumental in effectively handling the serious situation with the help of Army and Govt. of Bihar in 1984.
