Became first President/CEO of the organization in October 2005 after serving as an advisor since 2002. Program grew from 1 location to a presence in over 350 cities nationally. Recruited, trained and inspired more than 7,300 engineering professionals mentoring over 36,000 high school students yearly. Drove visioning, program design, fund raising, and governance for the organization.
