While on transition from a Corporate ( commercial) career to the Developmental sector/ Social Business, I took a six month sabbatical to the US and completed two very interesting certifications - Executive Coaching - at Columbia University and another interesting global certification in Change Management at Virginia . Lectured to staff and students in two US Universities and returned home determined to transfer the skills I had acquired in over three decades with commercial organisations to the social side of business!
