Achievements;• Successfully managed the LG-regional operations, working with a diverse team of +45 staff to scale up the LG community health program that focused on empowering over 4200 community women social entrepreneurs to network sale and adapt the use mobile technology (Medic Mobile) to treat childhood under 5-year illnesses at a subsidized cost.• Horizontally grew from 2 branches to 8 branches, spreading into western Kenya with a 26% contribution to the regional sales and impact targets between 2017 and 2018.• Supported branch teams to achieve set targets and plan monthly activities, monitored KPIs using dashboards and other tools, and as well tracked key areas of performance improvement. • Provided reasonable regional budget assumptions for sales and marketing, setting SMART Budgets.• Grew market share by building strong community health work network and customer-oriented retail store and impact health services.

A San Francisco based social enterprise whose work was to reduce poverty and improve the local environment, while slowing climate change as well as building and supporting projects that helped people access energy efficient cook stoves. We leveraged carbon finance and social finance to bring these projects to scale. Hired to set up, expand and scale up operations in Uganda . Worked with the Country Director to implement physical infrastructure set up, win partnerships, recruit sales personnel, set up operational systems and standardize financial reporting.Achievements;• Led a team of 10 sales staff to execute surveys, data collection, and market analysis tasks to determine product preferences and proper geographical targeting for pilot sales programs across the country.• Supported implementation of a $500,000 UN Foundation project launching a breakthrough technology and sustainable energy product (Cook stove) to the Ugandan market selling over 11,250 BioLite cookstove Units.• Supported creation of a 72-partner sales network (community health workers, retail shops, Micro Financial Institutions and distribution partners) enabling low-income consumers to access the BioLite clean cook Stove.
