    I have gained a strong background in nuclear fuel fabrication, and radioactive waste management possess over 20 years of professional and technical experience in fuel plate ) and fuel assembly fabrication. Many of the concepts I work with are based on conversion of UF6 to fuel element and ensuring all relevant nuclear safeguards regarding critical mass of enriched uranium are implanted. Experience in nuclear fuel and its fabrication by wet method. Experience in chemical conversion of UF6 to uranium dioxide  Experience in injection of UF6 into water to form uranyl fluoride (UO2F2) Experience in the safe and effective disposal and/or reuse of radioactive wastes from nuclear fuel cyclethat makes nuclear power more efficient and cost-effective. Research experience in preparation of simulated spent nuclear fuel (SIMFUEL), processing andmicrostructure characterization of uranium oxide based ceramic for disposal studies on spent AGR fuel, durability studies on ceramic/glass/cement for immobilising nuclear waste, processing of simulant non- oxide fuel for generation IV reactors. Practical experience in decommissioning and disposing of radioactive waste.
