    During my role I managed to streamline engineering processes, by implementing new time frames, communicating efficiently with all related departments and accelerating responses and tasks.I have succeeded with shortening the production process and timeline by finding alternatives, stocks, and leading ECOs and R&D changes in order to overcome shortages in the assembly line. I managed to maintain optimized conditions with vendors, prevent price increase and achieve more savings due to negotiations and alternatives purchasing.*Operations*- I lead and plan the company's products and prototypes production pipeline E2E by managing the company subcontractors, leading their manufacturing process, ensuring production completes on time. - I Prioritize the manufacturing schedule and the assembly's order by evaluating customers' needs. ‑ I Manage and lead the operations aspect of the ECO (engineering change order) process, working hand in hand with the Engineering and QA departments. This corporation leads to locating alternatives or R&D among other things.*Procurement* ‑ I control inventory levels by Issuing the overall MRP (Material Requirements Planning) on a semi‑weekly basis, analyze the requirements, communicate the demands to the relevant buyers and issue POs accordingly.- I Monitor the PPV (Purchase Price Variance) process on a weekly basis, effecting the company's gross margin. As part of this responsibility, I decide on the source of purchase, negotiate and search for alternatives when needed.

    During my role I managed to achieve between 21%-28% (quarterly) of savings following tenders and bids I have executed, effecting the company's gross margin.‑ Evaluate the profitability and ROI of potential products, taking to consideration company needs.-Perform tenders and bids, edit and publish them, co‑working with Legal. Negotiate directly with suppliers, analyze quotations and present the analysis & conclusions to the Tender committee. Upon the committee's conclusion I set up the contract with the supplier. ‑ Responsible for inventory planning. Monitor stock by demand forecasting and evaluated inventory levels. Examine consumption trends per item, combine with additional factors to formulate an updated snapshot.- Responsible for detecting shortages in critical drugs and provide alternatives.‑ Issue new POs, track and manage the orders E2E.- Manage Import process and delivery bureaucracy, working with the Israeli Ministry of Health (preparing Import records).
