    The ministry's budget is NIS 6 billion a year and my role included managing of about 700 employees, of whom directly 20 senior executives responsible for management the regulatory and strategic local authorities. The main project I ran was economic development in local authorities and the creation of growth engines for them, along with national strategic projects such as the establishment of local boundary change committees, and revenue sharing for distributive justice; changing the municipal tax system in Israel and more. In addition, I was used as Head of Delegation of Local Authorities to New York for economic development and I also represented the ministry in governmental committees, parliament committees and government offices.

    I managed a team of about 200 people and worked on the formulation and implementation of the ministry's work plans, with the main project that I led being the master plan for the 2040 energy economy. I was a member of the Kendall team dealing with the crisis in the natural gas economy, and also took part as a member of management team for the reform of the Israeli electricity company.

    I led the "Canal of seas" project, alongside change-generating projects in the field of regional cooperation, with multi millions Nis budgets, with partners and EU representatives, alongside the UN, ambassadors and special envoys. I served as a member of a joint Israeli Palestinian economic committee, who among other things, was engaged in the development of trade between sides, with the extension of Border crossings, establishing of meeting rooms, and addressing health, emergency rescue and agriculture issues.

    I led projects totaling over NIS 1 billion, which were scattered in various government offices, including the establishment of the Faculty of Medicine in Safed; reducing gaps in education between the center and the Negev and Galilee through establishing more than 1,000 Smart Classes, establishment of five Centers of excellence, running the "password for every student" venture among tens of thousands of students and more. At the same time, we were engaged in promoting the settlement of the Negev and the Galilee and changing the immigration trends, by creating a settlement Administration, establishment and thickening of settlement nuclei, acquisition of hundreds of buildings, renovation of abandoned public buildings for settlement and more. I served as a member of the 90-day Housing Cabinet team to formulate housing solutions and chaired more than 10 government steering committees to promote programs such moving the IDF camps to the Negev, youth centers, student camps and more.
