    Engineering and qualification management of a cross disciplinary project designing and qualifying a subsea electric actuator. The product included SW development as well as HW electronics and mechanical design. The project was executed using both internal and external design resources and covered all phases from conceptual development, engineering prototyping and verification, detailed design and formal qualification. The role also covered participation in manufacturing strategy evaluation, review and selection of contract manufacturer. In a later extension of the project industrialization activities and introduction of the product at the selected EMS contract manufacturer were performed.
