February 2020 - September 2021: Worked as a researcher on the subject of understanding the actuation mechanism of the muscles in the lower limb and their interrelations to perform locomotion. My purpose to be in this project is to have a wider understanding of the anatomical behavior of the muscular-skeletal system which in turn possibly allows replicating the complex system as a lower-limb prosthesis. My ultimate duty was to develop control algorithms utilizing traditional machine learning algorithms (tree-based and Bayesian) and to compare them with relatively modern algorithms. Non-normalized EMG data was aimed to be classified, to do so recurrent networks (esp. LSTMs) were used.October 2019 - February 2020: Worked as a researcher to classify the images with cancerous tissue in the digestive tract by using DL & ML techniques. I dealt with soft tissue deformation of the stomach and intestine and dealt with inverse kinematic calculations of the endoscopic capsule levitated magnetically. Also, I took part to complete experimental procedures and researching relevant materials in the literature.
