The refractory system includes superior monolithic products, proprietary application equipment, patented laser measurement devices, and the experience of our service teams.My current job is manufacturing , QA & QC and Kaizen team leader of the Kutahya plant which is largest production capacity and profitability % of whole MINTEQ factories. Responsible of Implementation of 5S, TPM, Daily Management Control, Standardized Work and Problem Solving capability throughout the company will be the foundation tools and processes through which continuous improvement is achieved. I attend 4 Kaizen application and last two I ‘m the Kaizen Leader.. After Kaizen making small set up changes approximately we ‘ll gain 300.000 $ .Waste Material Management system implemented (Brıquette) and appropiate materials was approved by the Internal QC. My biggest projects is the to set up a new QC laboratory and standardize the process laboratory. The laboratory machines didnt working properly and the system is out control through this we meet with lots of customer complaints. After making FMEA and deciding the control points we start the measure the process and compose the standart and controlling the system with SPC. After that last year dramatically the costumer complaint number is 1/4500 lower than the previous years.Also Kanban Raw material Stock Management system establish and between 2010-2012 production,production planning and quality departments was managed and material management system was established.
