    OLK Limited is a relatively new company specialising in healthcare products and mobility aids. My role as Business Support Manager, generally speaking, is to help the business in a number of ways in order to achieve its goals. In order to do this, I have developed a system of stock control that I continue to monitor, as well as liasing with manufacturers to manage outstanding orders and stock issues. I also use my product knowledge to aid the team in anyway necessary, including going to in-home product demonstrations for customers. Using my legal background, I ensure that the company remains compliant. Finally, I ensure staff are punctual, motivated and focused while in work so we can work together to achieve the KPI's set forth by the managing director.
