    As a member of International Arbitration Group of the Paris office of White & Case LLP, I represented clients in a variety of disputes. My recent matters included:- Advising a major European oil and gas company on a price re-negotiation process relating to a set of long-term gas supply contracts with a Russian gas monopoly;- Representing a major Russian mobile operator in a series of Geneva-based ICC arbitrations and an ICSID arbitration against Turkmenistan;- Advising a major Russian bank on strategic issues of a large-scale transnational debt recovery effort;- Representing a Ukrainian oil and gas company in a set of Stockholm-based SCC arbitrations over gas transportation, supply, and storage contracts;- Representing a Japanese vehicle manufacturing company in a Brussels based ICC arbitration over a FIDIC construction contract;- Representing a French construction company in a Stockholm based ICC arbitration over a FIDIC construction contract;- Representing Ukraine in an ICSID arbitration against a US based investor working in radio industry;- Representing Georgia in an ICSID arbitration against a US and Netherlands based investor working in gas and chemicals production industry;- Representing a Ukrainian state agency in a an arbitration under the Optional Rules of the Permanent Court of Arbitration for Arbitration of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and the Environment over implementation of Kyoto protocol mechanisms in Ukraine; and- Representing a Ukrainian state agency in an ICSID arbitration against US-based investors over a set of supply contracts.Public International Law, International Criminal Law and Justice, International Commercial Arbitration, Investment Arbitration, International Construction Disputes.
