    When I joined Umuzi they had a photography department where they taught the recruits digital photography. My job included initiating a multimedia department with the aim to ensure that the recruits will be competitive in the creative industry. Together we innovated on tertiary education to develop a more relevant curriculum and methodology for developing the technical, professional and conceptual skills that young people need to be creative professionals. In addition to the strategy and management, I also train and mentor groups of aspiring multimedia producers.
