I am Octavio, International Advertiser with emphasis in creative copywriting, strategic planning and consumer trends in social media, standing out for my experience in various agencies; of Marketing, Branding and Audiovisual Communication. Throughout this time, I’ve seen the evolution of the digital media, from the blog to the vlog, up to nowadays with e-commerce, SEO, SEM and Paid Social Media. In my latest experience with WPP, one of the largest agencies in the world, and with an incredible client like Google, I’ve learned a lot about implementing campaigns in all social networks and global markets, managing considerable budgets and achieving ideal metrics in Linkedin, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, among other tools and certifications I have, most recently on "AI applied to Bussiness".

      In my most recent job with one of the main multinational agencies; GroupM, I had the opportunity to work with the best client: Google, from which I was able to learn and get to know processes from all over the planet and also learned work dynamics from various partners such as Meta (Fb & Instagram), X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok and Snapchat. I was in charge of creating and managing campaigns in all these social media platforms focused on the B2B teams of Google, mainly Cloud, Chrome and Google Ads, among several others. This was an unforgettable experience due to the team, the work pace and so many lessons from each partner, the client and my colleagues.

      As pioneers in Colombia, we import anti-smog sports masks for environmental protection from the United Kingdom for saving lives during the pollution and pandemic crisis. I was in charge of the e-Commerce platform for online sales, SEO and SEM campaigns align with the season. Also leading audiovisual production and design team with the creation of concepts and campaigns focused on the digital medium and live events. Generation of leads for potential customers and create content for web, mailing and social networks. Among some achievements, I create and manage the new website and triple the online sales in all our channels.

      Thanks to the worldwide NGO: AIESEC, I achieved a professional exchange experience with the Global Entrepreneur program in the city of Salvador, Bahía Brasileira, where I not only carried out social and leadership actions, but also promoted local enterprises from different industries after the economic crisis. Working with different cultures and in Portuguese (which I now master with fluency) is the greatest recognition that this international apprenticeship leaves me.
