It was this realization that led me to further specialize. I delved into Transactional Analysis and completed training as an EFT relationship therapist and EFT mediator. Ultimately, it's understood that if you're arguing over the division of teaspoons, it's never really about teaspoons. It's about the relationship. The better you can transition from partner to ex-partner, the better you can make agreements and move on with your life. To shape your future in a way that's good for you, that suits you, and, if you have children, is also optimal for them within the circumstances.In legal proceedings and mediation, I guide you toward a new future. I help settle matters in a way that reflects the situation and seek solutions that work for you.I have a personalized approach. I realize that divorce, visitation issues, alimony questions have a tremendous impact on your life and that of your children. And that means I'll work with you to find a way to move forward even after a divorce. I do this as an attorney, as a mediator, and as a divorce coach. Under the Hague Treaty on International Child Abduction 1980 a child that is taken to another jurisdiction without the consent of the other parent with parental authority, that child needs to be returned to the jurisdiction of habitual residence. This specialised field of the law is complex. Since 2007 I have specialised myself in this field, which led to establishment of a specialised assosciation. This organisation was founded in 2010 and has been an acknowledged institute by all involved parties in this specific field of the law.
