We have been active with the supply of pumps, valves and services for applications in various industries such as water and waste water, oil and gas, palm oil, mining, and power plant.~ Responsible for sourcing and request for quotation from supplier or vendor on materials or product needed based on ongoing and upcoming project~ Coordinated with vendors to identify and procure appropriate equipment necessary for the project~ Generate purchase order and order confirmation in SAP system~ Set up and negotiated purchase order or contracts to obtain favorable pricing and delivery structures.~ Organized warehouse matters such as receipts, purchases and the documentation of received goods, packaging, materials and products~ Arrange and monitor materials arrival and purchases to ensure order execution is smooth without delay~ Handle shipping and logistics matter to coordinate incoming and outgoing of all orders or projects~ Conserve gross margin calculated at the time of order receipt and always try to improve it wherever possible~ Performed monthly reconciliation of open purchasing orders.
