Experience

    • Human Resource Assistant
      • Jul 2010 - Present

I love this job! It is only 8 to 10 minutes away, my boss is great, always learning and the associates that I work with make it a happy experience and makes it enjoyable to come to work every day. The founder's vision has created an organization that helps so many people, families, kids in a time where help is so desperately needed.

    • Cash Management - AVP
      • Feb 2002 - Sep 2009

Implemented new services and changes to meet deadlines performed in a timely and accurate fashion. Keeping legally required customer files up to date with all documentation. Assisted and supported sales associates and their customer base and branches. It was a good job and came at a good time working at Hudson United Bank (as it was after 911 that I had been laid off) and TD Banknorth but I was happy to have been laid off from TD Bank/Commerce.

    • From Clerk to Operations Manager to Supervisor after 2 Mergers
      • Sep 1972 - Aug 2001

Originally Summit & Elizabeth Trust Company where I started as a clerk learning most of the back end of operations, no computers, all manual, moving up and ended up to be Fleet Boston Financial where I was Operations Manager of the Central Information File Dept, maintaining all customer files, serving the branches and customers and part of a team where we would "scrub" files of other banks that we had acquired. Working for Summit & Elizabeth Trust is when banking was a respected and rewarding job when the customer came first and senior management worked with and listened to their employees. We were like a family and I thought as it was before interstate banking that I would retire from here. After the merger with United Jersey Bank (name stayed at Summit Bank), working with computers I learned several new systems and was very quick on a keyboard and accurate in loading Data Entry.
