Significant achievements during this time include:• Identifying revenue streams in order to diversify and future proof income in the face of declining retail sales across the sector.• Rolling out a new route to market for Video Ezy through kiosk vending in shopping centres and successfully negotiating and deploying 90 new kiosks in 2013/2014, delivering $1 million in sales and accounting for 12% of total revenue.• Negotiating contracts with shopping centres including Charter Hall, Federation, Jones Lang LaSalle, Lend Lease, Mirvac, Stockland and Westfield to deploy kiosks throughout NSW and ACT.• Recruiting 9 new kiosk franchisees for Video Ezy in 2013/14, representing 31.5% of total network of franchisees, and 54% of the NSW/ACT fleet of kiosks.• Rolling out geo-mapping strategy to identify top 10% of customers through POS software.• Negotiating the renewal of 8 existing franchise stores in 2013/14, on 2 to 5 year contracts, delivering a significant future source of guaranteed revenue from franchise, training and territory fees.
