Inspired by the UNESCO convention that promotes the diversity of cultural expressions, I developed a digital/e-commerce platform to advance the arts, culture and tourism sectors in Nigeria:- Launched various startups in the art, culture and tourism sectors on the e-commerce platform for young Nigerian creatives.- Pushed out content from the website/platform to social media; linking products to clients, buyers to sellers.Instrumental in responses to several social media calls to action campaigns to promote the creative industry in Nigeria, an end to gender-based violence, reproductive health, human rights, freedom of information, an end to child marriage, inclusion of young people in political positions, etc.

Set up Intersos Nigeria's communications department. Worked with and trained teams in crisis and emergency contexts to bring attention/aid (eg vaccines, food, emergency health care, protection) as well as give a voice to people in remote, high risk, crises affected locations in North East and North West Nigeria. This was achieved through articles in global, regional and local newsletters/magazines/reports making survivors' stories visible, organizing content gathering missions for local/Int'l journalists, inclusive risk communication, radio programmes, documentaries, social media engagement, and audio visual storytelling (graphics, photos, interviews, videos).Ensured visibility, donor compliance, and successfully mobilized resources (donations) for life saving health and nutrition interventions, particularly for Stichting Vluchteling, NHF, and ECHO projects.Managed the media. Managed crisis communication. Fostered new partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
