    A member of the Citibank Zamia Limited Emerging Leaders Forum (ELF). ELF supports the management in the execution of the Strategic Plan and presents an excellent opportunity for the ELF members to sharpen their leadership skills and develop themselves in several areas through experiential learning and exposure. Membership to the ELF is by nomination, guided by the criteria set out in the ELF charter.Successful completion of the annual risk assessment for the franchise which involved testing and submission of annual and quarterly risk assessments on behalf of the CEO. The annual and quarterly risk assessments are completed by Businesses and Functions, and the CEO’s office is also expected to assess the completeness and adequacy of Activities, Risks, Controls and Monitoring Tools, as well as assess the overall performance of controls versus significant risks on an annual / quarterly basis.Facilitation and coordination of training for Executive Assistants in East & West Africa regions (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Nigeria) to successfully close on annual and quarterly risk assessments for 2022. Facilitation of the following senior visits: 2017 - Citigroup CEO for EMEA cluster based in London; 2018 Citigroup CEO for MEA cluster based in Dubai; 2022 – Citigroup CEO for SSA cluster based in London, 2023 – Citigroup CEO for EMEA cluster based in London. Voluntary: Treasurer – Citi Women Zambia (April 2019 – present): I have served as treasurer for the Citi women forum, which is a forum dedicated to engaging women in the workplace are involving them in activities that promote growth in all aspects of life. During this term, I have been responsible for all budgeting and expensing necessary for the forum’s activities.

    $25 million Global Innovation Challenge: Food Security. First level reviewer for applications received from NGOs invested in food security initiatives. The scope of my review encompassed 13 countries (Canada, UK, Germany, Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Brazil, Democratic Republic of the Congo, South Sudan, Yemen, Afghanistan, and Cameroon). My contribution to the review process aided in meeting critical timelines for implementation of this program. Once implemented, 50 NGOs have the opportunity to address food security concerns in their community.Led the media to State House, where a senior delegation, led by Citigroup’s EMEA cluster head, met with the President of the Republic of Zambia, H.E Mr. Hakainde Hichilema. The LinkedIn publication following this engagement attracted over 11,000 impressions.2022 finalist judge for the Junior Achievement Africa Company of the Year awards (CoY). Junior Achievement's purpose is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy.The 2022 competition was virtual event hosted by Junior Achievement Africa. The judging panel consisted of representation from various professionals across the African continent.Covid Relief Donation: Facilitated for finalization of $100,000 resource disbursement and local handover ceremony to a local client to purchase medical supplies to aid in combating the pandemic.French Business Circle Zambia Activities: Facilitated for financial support rendered for “Le Beaujolais Nouveau” 2022. This exercise involved roundtable discussions with senior members of the association, as well as senior representation from the French Embassy, including the French Ambassador to Zambia Mr. Francois Goldblatt.

This survey speaks to addressing clients’ major pain points, and my analysis was incorporated in the current 3- year franchise strategy.
