    Roles and Responsibilities: Performing reconciliation for Cards Holder Accounts, Auto Loan, Mortgage Loans, Home Loans and Personal Loan Accounts, GL’s (General Ledger) Sundry and Suspense accounts for the countries Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Oman, Jordan, Afghanistan and Lebanon. In Cards Holder Accounts – reconciling for Visa, Master Manhattan Cards and Credit Balance transfers are settled on daily basis. Proven skills in managing the conversion of existing reconciliation system to new reconciliation tool – transaction lifecycle management (TLM 2.5, 2.7), errors recurrence monitoring, establishing quality checks & escalation and process flow controls. Tallying the day to day transaction.
