    Immunization Technical Support Unit (ITSU) December 2012 - July 2015 • Managed efforts to identify primary weaknesses in India’s vaccine delivery system, and collaborated in conceptualizing a solution to address identified weaknesses • Created and successfully executed detailed evaluation plans for ITSU’s vaccine delivery and temperature monitoring (for the vaccine cold chain) pilots that measured and analyzed key intermediate and final outcome indicators• Led data analysis work for an assessment of the Government of India’s Mother and Child Tracking System (MCTS), which resulted in a final report with compelling findings for the Indian Ministry of Health• Collaborated in negotiating a large Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) grant for the Indian Ministry of Health from the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI)India Research Site Landscape Analysis Project September 2011 to December 2012 • Conducted the research and analysis work in a project for the in-depth documentation and landscape analysis of 18 public health research field sites in India, with a focus on Health and Demographic Surveillance Sites (HDSS); developed data tools, travelled to 7 locations across 6 states for the in-depth documentation process, developed an HDSS performance index from collected data that helped score and rank sites, and crafted a final landscape analysis report that effectively combined the performance index and qualitative field findings• Developed, in collaboration with web-design and audio-visual agencies, the website for the project
