    I was actively involved in the Pre-Opening HR and Training and Development work for a cluster of properties. These included Delta Hotels by Marriott City Center Doha, Al Samriya, Doha, Autograph Collection, and Element by Westin City Center Doha. These properties were being readied for launch ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. My duties included recruitment, onboarding, orientation, heart of house projects, setting up Associate Accommodation and monitoring probation periods among many others.My main responsible for Learning and Development across all of the properties including conducting Service Culture Training, tracking digital learning, coordinating interdepartmental cross-training and deploying Associate personal development plans. In addition, I continued to provide support in various forms to the Human Resources functions across the above facilities.
