Here at Avec Group my role was multifaceted. I was not only involved in Recruitment, Administration, Business Development but also handling an expatriate relocation assignment.I was involved in doing internal hiring for Avec Group, doing Business Development for partnering with various HR Heads of various Multinational Corporations for getting their expatriate assignment. I was the main point of contact with Expatriates and their families to understand their concerns and ensure them a comfortable stay in India during their assignment. -Was solely responsible for handling the expatriate mobility assignment for one of our client which is world's 17 th biggest manufacturer of vehicle tyres.Every country has a distinctive culture and lifestyle too. So my role was to take the onus of providing the expats the right information in terms of government regulations, home and family settlement ( in terms of schooling, house help, transport, social life, community, entertainment and introducing indian festivals to them). My goal was to make their Indian life a happy experience during their assignment so as to avoid any cultural shocks.
