    2008 to 2001Leading a team of 4 Assistant Manager,25 supervisors and 30 riggers and average inventory of Rs.120 cr./month of construction material. Receiving, Monitoring and unloading average 300 Vehicles per day in two shift. Managed 5 MTPA steel plant EPC project stores of SEZ with average inventory of Rs 120 Cr/month during my assignment I have handled 1.2 laces MT structural Steel, 2Lacs MT cement, 1.5MT Reinforce Steel, around Rs.2000 Cr. Project Equipment Received and outbound to Client Essar Steel Ltd. As per EPC contract. April 2011 to May 2015Handling 4 Main Project stores ( Non SEZ stores).1 270Mw Power Project Warehouse. Project cost is 1300 Cr. & expected receipt of 16000 MT imported Equipment and 10000 Mt structural steel, 10000 MT TMT steel, cost of material is approx. 900cr. 2 Coke oven 2 batteries Project Warehouse. Project cost is 2000 Cr. & expected receipt of 16000 MT Equipment & 36000 MT Refractory all are imported the cost of material is approx.1200 cr. 3 Construction Stores contain Paint, Scaffolding items, Fastener, and Consumable. Cement & Sand Aggregate Stores, TMT, Structure steel 4 Fabrication Yard Warehouse-(structural steel) Excised bounded stores, in this stores receipt Issue and dispatched of Structure steel of client free supplied and consumable like gas cylinders, various welding roads and consumables, tools, paints etc. and dispatch of finish product and logistic activity and excises Invoice generation. • A part of SAP Implementation team prepared “AS IS” process, ”To BE” process, preparation of Business Blueprint process, GAP analysis, Unit testing of all IM process mapped in SAP, total 12 process mapped with SAP for IM Module, Training given to 20 users of multiple location. Spend 6 month with SAP team and successfully Go-Live in Oct’10th 2010 • Current Job is involves complicated taxation part and Transaction. Maintain min max level of Around 220 items and inventory cost is Rs.5cr, out of 20 items are imported. • Storage & Disposal of Process west & Hazards material as per OHSAS-18001 standard.• Successfully faced SOX audit, per year 3 intern audit, one ISO audit internal and external, statutory audit.• Material Reconciliation of contractor approx 78 contractors were to managed.
