    Promoted to Head of Video Production and added two more producers and an animator to my team. In this role I oversee video production across all departments and functions within Vimeo. I report directly into the VP of Creative and lead a team of five. I've tripled, year over year, the amount of videos the team produces and lead the following efforts:- new series for content marketing, including education and case-study content.- supported the launch of new products.- produce major performance marketing campaigns (working with outside agencies).- developed a cadence and quality expectation for video content on our social channels.- managed the video content and production for large-scale events.- oversaw the design and build of a new studio and edit bay space.- developed styles and templates to support the higher demand for videos with a small team.- set in place structure and function that fosters high morale and a healthy work environment and therefore an effective and capable video production team.

    Within a year of working as video editor at Shutterstock I was promoted to Senior Video Editor. Currently, I'm the senior in-house video editor and producer. My role is to oversee production and create all branded videos at Shutterstock as well as manage any freelance video production. I work within marketing's creative team but work on videos across all departments and brands. I created company brand guidelines for all videos that are produced through Shutterstock.

I also created a "video equipment closet" which housed and organized the companies production equipment and scheduled when equipment was being used.
