Aspects of this role are:Drive consistency across all branch operationsCreate a culture of continuous improvement and flexibility of approach to achieve results.Ensure best practice process and procedures are implemented across all disciplines in support of organisational goalsPromote best practise Assist in implementation, and adoption of Service Charter once developedAdvise, and assist in implementation of new processesAdvise and assist with Branch Queries, Returns and ComplaintsComplete any associated paperwork and administration functions associated with the role. Liaise with Area Sales Managers, Branch Supervisors, Sales Engineers, other departments and branches as required. Operate in accordance to operational, quality and H&S standards ensuring compliance with established procedures.Complete and monitor amendments to process documentation ensuring conformance with ISO accreditation.I was actively involved in the opening of our branch in the Netherlands from a systems and process training aspect, aswell as being on site on the first 'live' week of the branch opening. Classroom based team training environment1-1 ongoing supportTraining plans and documentation control.
