Led the implementation for a $15M private cloud implementation, taking the project from feasibility to realization, enabling the virtualization of key Broadcast and IT services, bringing$M savings in Hardware & Datacenter Costs. Led the implementation of a Technology Game Plan governance system that enabled the CTO to track alignment and progress between Strategy and Project & Initiative execution.
