    Bernicchi Architects is an architectural practice based in Cape Town specialising in residential developments, luxury houses and residential renovation projects. It provides full architectural services from inception to final completion, its clients include Signatura, Mason Developments, and Aquacor Property Developers.- Practiced as an architectural technologist gaining 5 years of experience executing the full professional architectural service from inception, concept and viability, design development, local authority submission and construction documentation, construction administration and closing out to obtain final completion. - Co-project architect for a new-build penthouse residential development in Green Point, Cape Town (2017-2020), and a luxury private residence in Green Point, Cape Town (2017 – 2020). (Appointed as contract architectural technologist from September 2019 - December 2020 to complete the projects). - Part of the architectural team involved in over twenty high-end new-build suburban residential developments in Cape Town, as well as the refurbishment of the iconic Triangle House high-rise building in the Central Business District - transforming existing offices into high-end residential apartments. My role in these projects included management of City of Cape Town and Heritage Western Cape building development building plan and permit applications, creation of marketing material in the form of 3D and 2D graphics, production of conceptual and technical drawings and specifications required for work stages 2, 3 and 4 of the architectural standard service and on-site inspections to achieve practical completion - work stage 5 of the architectural standard service.

She liased extensively with clients, builders, design consultants and specialist suppliers; as well as interacted with the Building Council, resulting in the successful approval of several projects.
