  Throughout my time at Shimmy Beach Club, my position evolved from hostess, to managing and training a team of hostesses. My last year there was spent as Administrative Assistant and Office Manager - Responsibilities included: Ordering stationary, liaising with staff, suppliers, clients etc on behalf of the company. Managing General Managers electronic diaries, as well as reading, monitoring and responding to their electronic correspondence. Taking minutes during all meetings, conducting ad hoc research, preparing presentations, managing and reviewing our filing systems, assisting the sales and marketing department with general administrative duties, as well as doing some design work.
