    Acting as a key point of reference between clinical, production and product owner/manager, I provide the team with a dedicated and professional solution knowledge base, together with deployment and domain expertise. I hold solid software knowledge, and liaise with clinical systems technical software teams to gain relevant knowledge needed for production. I am responsible for the facilitation of Agile events as well as creation, upkeep and administration of reports and tools used for product and risk management. I ensure that meetings run on schedule with required outputs and track and monitor progress, managing by exception and escalating where required. As part of a team, I develop clinical systems-based solutions to market opportunities as per the product manager specification; providing expert knowledge of healthcare software solutions to correspond to requirements.

    The Product Configurator is mainly concerned with the design thinking process and configuration of user-friendly technical solutions based on specifications and directed by the Product Owner. Design thinking involves discovering and defining a usability problem, and then empathetically designing a solution based on that issue, taking a human-centered approach to not only the problem but factoring in the user’s needs with every step along the solution lifecycle. The role has responsibility for leading the production process while creating a shared understanding of the product's operations, requirements, and objectives. This includes internal training and stakeholder reporting in relation to the product. Utilising problem-solving skills daily across tasks undertaken.

  • Quality Assurance Tester

    The Content Quality Assurer is mainly concerned with testing the functionality of content both within and across multiple, internationally used and professional healthcare software. Integral to this process is problem solving in order to attain the desired results through content development, by providing feedback to content developers through Technical Quality Assurance (TQA) iterations. Escalation of any technical issues or software bugs encountered during testing is expected. As the larger goal, I assisted in ensuring that the daily SLA's are met as part of a team. Being part of the benchmark that guided my employees in their hiring process, I also trained our new employees. My role extended to also develop clinical templates in EMIS Web and SystmOne TPP, which is integrated with DXS-systems.
