    Lot Operator: Customer Service in the Downtown area. Working at the exits of each of the lots in the area, getting people out ASAP. Directing people to what they're looking for. Responsible for counting money, and working with the public.Relief: Responsible for stocking the kiosks in the parking lots with supplies the operator needs (policy flyers, receipt rolls, city maps etc.) Giving change for the received larger bills. Giving each operator two 15-minute breaks during their shift. Making sure the lots are running smoothly and reporting anything going wrong to the Parking Office. Going to the bank to exchange the larger bills for smaller ones to then exchange with the lots. Ambassador: Walking up and down State Street. Keeping an eye out for transients who are laying where it is not permitted, or smoking along the street in front of businesses. Keeping in contact with the business owners. Speaking with transients about the Downtown area. Directing tourists to a specific location they're seeking.
